I don't come in with a fixed framework or a generic set of recommendations. I start by understanding your organization, your history, your team, your goals, and the specific challenges you're navigating, and build from there.
I work with nonprofits in two ways: project-based consulting across a range of areas, and fractional leadership for organizations that need ongoing executive-level support.
